How do I place an order?

Placing an order with us is simple and easy.

Follow these steps to place an order:

Step 1: Select the store nearest to you

Step: 2Search for product(s) using our search bar on the home page

Step 2: Add items to your cart and "View Cart" to review orders or click "Checkout"

Step 3: You can either create an account or checkout as a guest
Note: You will be requested to give your Name and Email address if you choose the Guest checkout option.

Step 4: Select your order collection details or enter your shipping details
Note:  enter your shipping address for delivery of items

Step 5: Enter your payment details (Credit Card or Mpaisa or Pay with Finance Hub), billing address and click "Complete Order"
