New Customer Requirements
To apply for hire purchase as a new customer, please provide:

Joint FRCS/FNPF Card
-
Birth certificate or any valid ID with date of birth

Most recent payslip
-
Bank statements from the last 3 months
-
Three (3) referee contacts (Name, Number, Occupation & how they are related to you)

A valid mobile number with an active SIM card (to receive One-Time Password/OTP)
- Must have an active email account.
Repeat Customers
If you are a returning customer, only a valid TIN ID is required. Additional documents may be requested for credit assessment, especially if your employment or income has changed, to reassess your eligibility.
