Hire Purchase Requirements

New Customer Requirements

To apply for hire purchase as a new customer, please provide:

1. Joint FRCS/FNPF Card

2. Birth certificate or any valid ID with date of birth

3. Most recent payslip

4. Bank statements from the last 3 months

5. Three (3) referee contacts (Name, Number, Occupation & how they are related to you)

6. A valid mobile number with an active SIM card (to receive One-Time Password/OTP)

7. Must have an active email account.

Repeat Customers

If you are a returning customer, only a valid TIN ID is required. Additional documents may be requested for credit assessment, especially if your employment or income has changed, to reassess your eligibility.
